The official confirmation of your local delivery agent is essential. Without it our hands will be tied. The insurance will argue that the damage would have occurred after the handover to you. Best therefore, claim this confirmation immediately when you detect the damage. Most of the times a damage is easy to recognize with a damaged carton box.
