• a pinch of salt
• 2 cups pureed pumpkin meat
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 cup of single cream
• 1 cup chopped Pumpkin Seeds
• a splash of Pumpkin Seed Oil
